The Montgomery Sculpture Trust
Gunnar is a Trustee of this sculpture collection which is displayed in natural areas of a garden and orchard in Buckinghamshire.
Some works are donated by Bryan Montgomery, some purchased or commissioned by the Trust, and others are on loan from artists. In addition each summer an artist is offered a residency to make site specific work following selection from post graduate students from the UK and Eastern European Academies. In this way it is hoped to encourage commissions from individuals and corporations in their support for contemporary sculpture.
Sponsor a Dog

Kildare Dobbs
Poet, travel writer, teacher, film-extra in Laurence Olivier's Hamlet, quiz-show panellist - Kildare
Dobbs has played many parts, been many places, met many people. His life's journey, marked by frequent
detours and diversions, from Asia to old Euprope, Africa and the New World, is that of the
quintessential post-colonial Western man at large.
Kildare has just published his autobiography 'Running the Rapids - A Writer's Life'. This fascinating book makes compelling reading, and is very highly recommended.
Øystein Sevåg
New age composer and performer Øystein Sevåg has been described in
the American press 'as Norways most important export article'. When Øystein
performed at our first festival in 2004 he was so inspired that he composed
a special piece of music which he called 'Casa dei Mezzo'. The track 'Casa dei Mezzo'
is now featured on Øystein's latest CD 'Caravan'.
The Casa dei Mezzo music festival is now an important fixture on the Cretan calendar, and Øystein helped to establish this event by performing at our first two festivals.
